Grilled marinated dryfish
You need:
- 1 kg dryfish
marinade
- 5 dl olive oil
- 1,5 dl white wine
- 1,5 dl white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons pepper mix
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 lemon in slices
- cheddar or other white cheese for grating
This is what you do
1 kg dryfish cleaned, watered and divided as under gratinated dryfish. This gives about 2 kg of fish for marinating. Calculate 150-200 g per person.
Mix the marinade and pour over the fish. Leave for 4-5 hours. Roast on grill. Serve with boiled potatoes, baked potatoes, potato salad or baguettes.
